Fred's Uncle Giggles fakes his death and pretends that he has left his fortune to Fred. In order to get the fortune, Fred was required to stay overnight at Giggle's haunted house where it appears that Fred gets nearly killed. The next morning, Fred's Uncle Giggles shows up and says the whole thing was a joke.

Doctor Sinister

Fred and Barney seem disappointed that their life is boring after watching Jay Bondrock's Doctor Sinister on television. Then when sent to the store, Fred and Barney find themselves in the Doctor Sinister story, being captured, flown to a distant island, being beaten up, almost poisoned and almost killed. Fred and Barney then manage to escape and they show up back home without the burgers and buns that they were sent to the store for.

The Gruesomes

A weird and haunting family named the Gruesomes move next door to the Flintstones.

The Most Beautiful Baby in Bedrock

Air date: 11/19/64

Fred enters Pebbles in a beauty contest for babies while Barney enters Bamm Bamm. This causes a major fight between Fred and Barney.

Dino and Julliet

Air date: 11/26/64

Fred's new neighbor, Mr. Loudrock becomes a thorn on his side. But Fred's pet Dino falls in love with Loudrock's pet and has puppies.

King for a Night

Air date: 12/3/64

When The King of Stonesylvania visits Bedrock, he decides he wants to rub shoulders with the common people, dead-ringer look alike Fred is hired to fill in for him for appearances. The plan begins to unravel when the king demonstrates little tolerance for the outside world and Fred does not like being a king much better. When Wilma mistakes the king for Fred, more troubles begin for both the king and Fred but in the end both men come clean and all is forgiven.
