Years after Genma traded Ranma with some fish and then stole Ranma back, the man who dealt with Genma comes to Tokyo to claim his "son," Ranma. A take-out race ensues wherein Akane's loss will mean Ranma's marriage to the man's daughter.

You Really Do Hate Cats!

Kuno finds out from his manservant Sasuke Sarugakure that Ranma is terribly afraid of cats. When Kuno uses this fear to his advantage by having Sasuke put cats on Ranma's path, Ranma eventually loses control of himself and starts to act like a cat, thereby unleashing the deadly "Cat Fu" technique.
