Peace and Quiet/Wanted: Wade/Garfield Goes Hawaiian

Peace and Quiet: Garfield spends the whole night watching a documentary, so when he tries to get some rest when Jon and Odie are out shopping, annoyingly Binky the Clown shows up, trying to give a birthday message to someone who doesn't live at that house.
Wanted: Wade: Wade thinks that the police are trying to arrest him after he rips of a tab on a pillow which is apparently against the law.
Garfield goes Hawaiian: Garfield catches a rare cat disease which makes him dance whenever someone mentions anything to do with Hawaii. But when Jon tries to use this power to make money, things go very wrong.

Box O' Fun/Unidentified Flying Orson/School Daze

Air date: 9/28/88

Box O' Fun: Jon is trying to study to learn a new complicated language, and brings in some books in a cardboard box. He leaves the box on the table, and Garfield starts playing with it, imagining it to be different things.
Unidentified Flying Orson: Orson believes anything he reads, so when Roy the rooster overhears him saying that in the book Martians invade Earth by disguising themselves as danishes, he sets up a prank to turn the farm inside out and upside down.
School Dazed: Garfield is mistreating Nermal, so Jon decides to send Garfield to an obedience school. But the place is more like a cat prison, with a very mean guard. Garfield decides that he has to leave.

Nighty Nightmare/Banana Nose/Ode to Odie

Air date: 10/1/88

Nighty Nightmare: Garfield eats too much too fast, and consequently he has a nightmare. He dreams that he eats so much that he turns into a monster. But will nothing stop him getting the food he needs?
Banana Nose: The farm animals are sick of Roy making pranks and teasing them, and they start teasing him about his large beak, calling him Banana Nose. Roy feels he has no friends at the farm and decides to leave. Meanwhile, Booker falls down a hole and gets lost. Will he be found, and will Roy ever return to the farm?
Ode to Odie: Odie Rap. Odie is annoying Garfield, so Garfield locks him outside by luring him with is favorite bone. Odie wonders off, down into an alleyway, where the tough dogs hang out. One of them steals his bone, and they start being mean to him. Will Odie get his bone back from the big dogs?

Fraidy Cat/Shell Shocked Sheldon/Nothing to sneeze at

Air date: 10/8/88

Fraidy Cat: Garfield and Odie are watching a horror movie in a thunder storm. Jon goes out shopping, but while he is away, Garfield and Odie think that the movie is really happening, so they lock Jon outside by mistake. The power goes out, and Jon is trying to get into the house, while Garfield believes that Jon is in danger from the monster outside.
Shell Shocked Sheldon: Sheldon feels it is time to be born, but when they go to the chicken coop to find a chicken mother to hatch him, they have all gone on strike. So it is up to Orson to hatch him, but while he is away to get something to eat, a fox steals Sheldon. The farm animals, led by "Power "Pig" (Orson) go to the fox's layer to rescue Sheldon.
Nothing to sneeze at: Jon is trying to find a girl to go out with him, as he has bought a new jacket to go on a date. But then Jon takes Garfield to the vet, partly because Garfield has been sneezing all morning, but mostly to get Liz to go out with him. Liz thinks that Garfield may be allergic to something, and Garfield decides he should come with Jon on his date with Liz.

Garfield's Moving experience/Wade: Your Afraid/Good Mousekeeping

Air date: 10/15/88

Garfield's Moving Experience: Garfield feels mistreated by Jon, so he decides to find himself a new home. A rich girl takes him to her giant manor, but Garfield ends up deciding that she loved him too much, and he didn't get what he was used to, so he tries to escape.
Wade:Your Afraid: The farm animals think it a good idea for Orson to make Wade the bravest duck in the world. But things get out of hand them Wade opens up the b pen and sets him loose. The animals have to stop the bull destroying the farm before it is too late.
Good Mouse Keeping: Mice invade Garfield home when he tells Floyd, his later best friend, that he does not eat mice. Garfield has to get rid of the mice, but no matter what he does, he can't get rid of them. The unstoppable mice eat everything in the house.

Identity Crisis/The Bad Sport/Up a tree

Air date: 10/22/88

Identity Crisis: A dog catcher mistakes Garfield for a dog who he is chasing. The catcher is put on his last warning from the boss. The dog barks at Garfield, and Garfield barks back. Floyd wants Garfield to teach him how to meow like a cat, and while doing so, the bag dog catcher hears Garfield barking, and chases him, while Floyd teaches the dog how to squeak.
The Bad Sport: Orson wants the farm animals to play a new game called Pig Ball, but when Roy refuses to play, he decides to steal Orson's rule book and change the rules, making the game stupidly mad.
Up a Tree: Nermal visits Garfield, but when Garfield tries to be cute for Jon, he wrecks the house. Because of his cat instincts, Garfield climbs up a tree and gets stuck. To get the people's attention, he tricks Nermal into climbing up the tree. Now both cats are stuck, but help is at hand when the fire brigade comes to rescue them. Or have they?

Weighty problem/The Worm turns/Good Cat, Bad Cat

Air date: 10/29/88

Weighty problem: Jon has bought a new scale, which first tell you how much you are overweight from your height, then tell you your future. Garfield decides to try it out while Jon is getting ready, but the scale tell him that he is 23 pounds over weight. Garfield decides to tamper with them, so he makes the scale's inaccurate. But when the scale tells Jon he is 50 pounds over weight, and that he has to go on a diet, Jon decides that he should, but Garfield gets roped into it as well.
The Worm Turns: Orson tells the audience, or you, all about how and why Booker no longer chases and hunts worms. At the beginning of the story Shelton comes across Booker fishing for worms. Afterward, Booker sets up a trap to catch the worm, but when he accidentally sets it of himself, only one person can save him.
Good Cat, Bad Cat: Jon doesn't want Garfield to annoy the mailman today, as he is expecting a package which is very delicate. But a mini Bad Garfield and Good Garfield appears, and the bad side is stronger than the good side and Garfield starts doing what it asks him to. But it makes Garfield a liar, but the good side still cant get through, which leads Garfield into some trouble.

Cabin Fever/Return of Power Pig/Fair Exchange

Air date: 11/5/88

Cabin Fever: Jon, Odie and Garfield are going to a cabin in the mountains for a long weekend break, but when they arrive there it isn't up to Garfield standards. For one thing, there's no food! Jon goes out to the store to buy food for them, but a snow storm hits on his way back, blocking the road to the cabin and snowing Garfield and Odie in the cabin, without any food. Jon has to get back to the cabin before the pets die of hunger.
Return of Power pig: A small worry can lead to a big worry in the farm, as the animals play a accidental game of Chinese Whispers. They come to the conclusion that a monster is around, and Orson returns as Power Pig.
Fair Exchange: Garfield and Jon have a dream where they become each other so they see how bad the other persons life is. Jon-Garfield seems to think it is great being a cat, but things are not a good as they might might think.
