How not to Lose Your Head to Henry VIII – Pt. 1

While on a business/pleasure trip to Europe, Darrin and Samantha visit an art gallery in England where Samantha notices a nobleman waving at her from a portrait. The nobleman tells her he is trapped inside and asks Samantha to release him, which she does. Malvina, the witch who placed the nobleman in the portrait via a curse, appears and orders Samantha to put the nobleman back where he belongs. She then gets extremely angry at Samantha for breaking the curse and zaps her back to the time of Henry VIII. In the present time, Darrin and Endora must call a truce and join forces to bring Samantha back to the 20th century.

How not to Lose Your Head to Henry VIII – Pt. 2

Air date: 9/22/71

Darrin and Endora must figure out a way of getting to Samantha, who has lost her memory and identity upon being zapped back to the time of Henry VIII, and has also caught his attention of being a possible wife. They both sneak into a masquerade party where Darrin is caught trying to talk to Samantha, and, as a result, Henry VIII orders him to be beheaded. Endora persuades Henry VIII to have a wrestling match with Darrin, because that would cause Samantha to have compassion towards him. It works, she gives him a kiss of sympathy, Sam's memory is instantly restored, and the three are able to return to the present time.

Samantha and the Loch Ness Monster

Air date: 9/29/71

While visiting Scotland, Darrin, Samantha and Darrin's cousin Robbie encounter the Loch Ness Monster, whom Samantha says is really a warlock named Bruce, who was transformed into a monster by Serena ages ago because he was annoying her. When Samantha and Darrin convince Serena to change him back to human form (which she does), Bruce gets his revenge on Serena by changing her into a mermaid. Samantha gets Bruce to change Serena back by telling him that Serena the Mermaid could be an even bigger legend than the Loch Ness Monster. Bruce then decides that being in human form is no fun and he wants to be changed back into the monster.

Samantha's No-So-Leaning Tower of Pisa

Air date: 10/6/71

While visiting Italy, Esmeralda reveals to Samantha that it was she who caused the now-famous leaning Tower of Pisa. With an incantation, she straightens the tower upright and nearly sets off a mass hysteria around Italy - Samantha and Emeralda must then travel back to the 12th century at the precise moment Esmeralda cast the spell that caused the tower to lean.

Bewitched, Bothered and Baldoni

Air date: 10/13/71

While still in Italy, Endora decides to make trouble for Darrin by bringing a statue of Venus de Milo to life, and before long, every male begins falling at the statue's feet. Samantha retaliates by bringing the statue of Adonis to life.

Paris, Witches' Style

Air date: 10/20/71

While in Paris, Samantha fears her father's anger when he discovers his daughter has been traveling Europe without seeing him. He then sets out to punish Darrin, whom he blames for the situation. In a rare-turn of events, Endora decides to help Darrin by zapping up a hospitable version of him from a potted plant. Before long, Maurice catches on to Endora's scheme, and when the real Darrin shows up, Maurice zaps him onto the Eiffel Tower.

The Ghost Who Mad a Spectre of Himself

Air date: 10/27/71

A lovesick ghost longing to be near Samantha possesses Darrin and refuses to leave.
