Mary, a fairy-friend of Samantha's, visits the Stephens household when Tabitha loses a tooth. She complains to Samantha about the rigors of flying all over the world collecting lost teeth, so Darrin and Samantha give her a snifter of brandy to warm her up. The brandy has an intoxicating effect on Mary, and Samantha is left to fill in Mary's duties as the Tooth Fairy.

The Good Fairy Strikes Again

While Mary, the tooth fairy, is sobering up, Samantha temporarily takes her place. However, Sam's new tooth fairy duties are interfering with her duties of being a wife and mother, and when she asks Mary to help her change back from a fairy, Mary refuses. All is eventually settled when Samantha nearly destroys the costume Mary was wearing, and Mary decides that Samantha just is not cut out for the tooth fairy business.

The Return of Darrin the Bold

Endora and Serena devise a plan to turn Darrin into a warlock by having Serena go back in time to 14th century Ireland and slipping a potion to his ancestor, Darrin the Bold. Samantha discovers what Endora and Serena have done, and she goes back to the same time and place to undo the plan.

To impress his girlfriend Aretha, Uncle Arthur transfers all of his practical jokes around the Stephens household.

Samantha and the Troll

When Samantha has to go in for a "10,000 spell overhaul," Serena babysits, and brings Tabitha's toys to life for a game of hide and seek. Serena causes more trouble by impersonating Samantha and being overly affectionate to Darrin and his client. Samantha returns just in time to smooth things over, and to explain one of Tabitha's toys, a hairy troll, which was left bewitched by Serena.

This Little Piggie

Endora casts a hex upon Darrin that makes him indecisive in certain situations. Later on, when she thinks he's being "pigheaded", she literally gives him the head of a pig.

When Samantha spends a restless night thinking about Louise Tate (because she is having trouble with Larry), a strange occurrence takes place that has everyone thinking that Samantha is Louise, and Louise is Samantha.
