After Darrin's mother, Phyllis, sees Samantha and Endora engaging in witchcraft, Darrin and Samantha decide to tell Phyllis the truth, but she ends up believing she is truly insane, and checks herself into a rest home. Samantha must convince her mother-in-law that a prescription mix-up caused her to hallucinate everything.

Tabitha's Very Own Samantha

Tabitha is upset because she has to share her brother with her mother so she conjures up a duplicate of Samantha. Samantha's double takes Tabitha to the amusement park and they run into Gladys Kravitz who thinks Samantha is acting strangely and calls Darrin to inform him. After Samantha persuades Tabitha to wish away the other "Samantha", she tells her she loves her just as much as the baby.
