For Darrin and Sam's 5th wedding anniversary, Endora brings a gift to Samantha and tries to be nice to Darrin, but he only ends up annoying her; she casts a spell upon him that will slowly shrink him in size. After trying to dodge being eaten by the Kravitzes' pet Great Dane and narrowly escaping being thrown in with the trash, a drunk discovers a shrunken Darrin and offers to return him to Samantha, in exchange for three wishes.
